Prediabetes is the name for the condition that leads to the symptoms of diabetes but not severe enough that the condition is treatable. But unfortunately not everyone is aware of this and is usually only discovered after the disease has developed.
According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) in the United States, only about 10 percent of the population knowing he had prediabetes. Yet if they are not addressed then in five years prediabetes will turn into type 2 diabetes.

To find out whether a person has prediabetes can do blood checks. If the test results show the value of AIC range of 5.7% -6.4%, or 100-125 milligrams of fasting blood glucose, or blood sugar as 140-199 milligrams positive then that person prediabetes.
CDC says prediabetes can be resolved by way of reducing the body weight, watch your diet and exercise regularly.
